With the development of the MoonSwap community, MoonSwap community governance will enter the next stage to promote community development and complete (DAO) community autonomy. The responsibilities and powers of the Global Community Council are as follows:
Maintain the MoonSwap community and solve user problems；

Hold meetings every week to vote on MED’s community proposals and review

Evaluation and approval of marketing GRANTS;

Ecological project investment, decision-making;

The community committee will select the contribution degree of the community members according to the actual situation of the community this month, and distribute the rewards through the contribution degree, and give the “community contribution award”. The community contribution award is currently 1500cMOON. The community contribution award will be voted by all community committee members. , The amount of rewards and quotas can also be adjusted by the community committee.

In order to allow community committee members to exercise their power more fairly, the community committee also has a **”exit mechanism”. Community committee members who have not participated in voting for two consecutive weeks will be removed from the community committee and enter the “observation area”* *. Community members who enter the observation area cannot join the community committee again within one month. Community committee members who harm the interests of the MoonSwap community will also be removed from the community committee.

MoonSwap Global Technical Committee

Developers are an important force to promote the development of the MoonSwap community. We will reorganize the MoonSwap Global Technical Committee

Community members who meet the following conditions will be eligible to join the MoonSwap Technical Committee:

1. Field of expertise (UI/Frontend/)
2. Programming experience
3. Past experience

Eligible community users can send applications. The members of the first global technical committee will be directly selected by the MoonSwap community, and whether to open other fields in the future will also be decided by technical committee voting.

The responsibilities and powers of the Global Technical Committee are as follows:

Coordinate the development of the MoonSwap community ecological project and update it based on user feedback

Organize and maintain MoonSwap related technical documents;
We attach great importance to developers. Due to the particularity of the technical committee, the community technology reward is currently 3000cMOON. The technical committee reward will be based on the actual monthly development and participation of members. If there is no product update this month, the technical committee will also participate in the community committee’s Governance
